The Giving Block, a major nonprofit organization focusing on cryptocurrency donations, has announced a partnership with RenPSG. The partnership will allow charities to accept more than 45 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ether, and Dogecoin. According to The Giving Block, RenPSG supported $16.6 million in donor-advised funds assets for financial firms and non-profit organizations in the United States in 2020. The Giving Block was established in 2018 to help nonprofits raise funds in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. The organization announced Monday that it is on track to process more than $100 million in cryptocurrency donations by 2021. The Giving Block expects to facilitate $1 Billion in cryptocurrency donations in 2022. This is possible through a number partnerships that will be launched in the fourth quarter 2021, ahead of a giving season.
